Last week Fujifilm released yet another firmware update for the FujiFilm X-T3. Version 4.00 is the 11th update the X-T3 has had as they continue to improve and add new features to the camera even two years on.
This isn’t going to be a long post, but I wanted to welcome you to my new website! It has taken a lot of hard work, research, and a lot of cursing along the way, but it is finally here.
Welcome to my first, albeit very overdue, post of 2020! When I wrote this the first time, the opening sentence had the words “Happy New Year” in it, but we are a bit past that now. I thought a good way to start the year would be to reflect on the previous 12 months.
As humans, we always want to make things easier which is probably why acronyms exist in the first place.
Ever since I got my first camera back in 2018 I wanted to try and photograph the stars. I got my first opportunity in February 2018 while in Australia and was super excited. I propped my camera up on a table with my wallet and pointed it at the sky.
So, you’ve just bought your first camera and now you’re thinking “what camera accessories do I need to buy?”. The problem is that there are so many out there it is very easy to get lost. To help point you in the right direction I’ve put together a list of the 16 camera accessories I bought during my first year of photography.
When I came up with the idea of writing this post, I couldn’t help but sense the irony in it. It has been a slow couple of months, both for the website and my photography. This has been down to a severe lack of motivation on my part.
And just like that, another year has gone by!
2018 was a pretty good year for me and my photography. I travelled to some amazing places and even had the opportunity to tick a few things off the bucket list as well.
